| 1. Hosted
Application ("ASP Model"): |
| OneBundle CRM will
provide and maintain the infrastructure for
hosting the application at Ivesia's hosting
facility. Customer can access the application
through a web address. This solution results
in greater cost savings as it eliminates the
need for customers to have staff and resources
to maintain the application. The customer
does not have to worry about upgrading hardware. |
 |
Cost effective - no cost for hardware,
maintenance, backup, security, technical
staff, etc. |
 |
Minimal investment
- Investment is spread out and not a
one-time payment |
 |
24 x 7 access to the
application from anywhere in the globe
|
|
| 2. Installed on Your
Network ("Appliance Model"): |
| OneBundle CRM will
provide the customer with an "appliance"
that the customer can plug into their network.
The "appliance" is a hardware
system specially configured to run the
CRM application
and fine-tuned to meet the customer's performance
needs. The customer will provide the networking
infrastructure to set up the system. Optionally,
AgileView Software can maintain the appliance
or the customer can maintain it. |
 |
Leverage existing IT staff to maintain
the CRM application |
 |
Control the application
security to match customer's corporate
needs |
|
| 3. Access through Web
Services ("Component Plan"): |
| AgileView Software
will work with customers with technical staff
to integrate OneBundle CRM with their existing
applications through Web Services API (Application
Programming Interface). The CRM application
has several modules such as Contact Management,
Calendar, Email, etc. that can be used by
the customer's application. This method will
bear a royalty-based fee. |
